OK. Here's the lovely BEEF WELLIE we made...we being my dear sister Yvette, my dear brother George and I. Here's the finished product. I braised the beef, Yvette made the pastry and assembled the wellie, and George was the CHOP CHOP KING!!!!

A delicious Rum Cake with Almond essence all coated with toasted pecans and rum butter glaze. Ooohh! That cake was disgustingly good!

CODE NAME: COSMIC BUTTERFLY

Well, the Lord has spoken yet another interesting and challenging project to my spirit. To do a new installation of our beloved manga series, CODE NAME: COSMIC BUTTERFLY. I gotta raise $1000.00 so that we can get all of the advertising and supplies ready. I'll be keeping everybody posted as to how we're all doing.

My First Post!

The other day a friend of mine asked me how come I don't blog. I said, "Dude, I'm too busy." I guess this is why I decided to go for it. I need a new past time, a new diversion of sorts. So I will post my musings that I care to share with the world. Hopefully I'll get the wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and concepts and meet new friends. Maybe I'll even reconnect with old pals too. I'm on the hunt!

So, walk with me as I become more and more like the Bishop of my Soul. Believe me...it's been a REAL CRAZY WALK!
